Local Business Info Submission Form
As part of our ambition to support local business, we invite you to submit your business details here.
The aim is to provide a platform for local businesses, serving local residents, to advertise without the overheads associated with bespoke websites, marketing and SEO. We offer you a simple post, where you can include information you deem important, which users can then find with searches.
If you already have a social media presence, business email, or indeed a webpage, include those links as well. There is a limited facility to include photos so you can add logos or examples of you work or wares. You can also upload an image which will act as a cover image in search results.
To make this feature useful to residents they will have to ability to post comments and – in the future – leave ratings on your business post. We aim to ensure this is open, fair and transparent. We will make best efforts to prevent spam and fake profiles, but since this is a free service we can make no guarantees.
Use the form below to submit your own posts for approval by our moderators. We may do some light editing, we may accept it as is, or we may reject the post. If you include contact details we may get in touch to give our reasons.
How to complete this form:
A website or social media address.

If you do not have any online presence yet, leave blank.
The name of your business.
eg: Local Chippy or Tim’s Tattoos
Must be unique, so if there’s a conflict try adding your location.
eg: Tim’s Tattoos (Gosport)
Things users may search for.
eg: the areas you cover, products you sell, or services you provide
fish, chips, mushy peas, tattoos, piercings, tattoo removal

Describe your offering and include contact details and images as desired.
A standard Rich Text input is offered, with basic text formatting, links, a fullscreen mode, and additional toolbar toggle. Add Media will give you the option to add images we already use on the site.
You may add up to THREE picture files from your computer.
These can be used as your cover image in searches, your business logo, a gallery of products or examples of your work. Make them big, make them bold.
